​How do HeartSpace sessions flow?
​

• A sacred space created uniquely for you during our time together to allow you to feel safe to receive and let go - an etheric temple space.
• An intention for healing/exploration is set together at the start of our call, but the flow is directed by source, therefore having no expectation or attachment to specific outcomes is key.
• These sessions are often catalyzing in nature, which can bring a mix of great shift, or subtler long term re-wiring with, often, miraculous transformation of old patterns ~ Remember, your soul is the guide orchestrating what is needed. 
• As old patterns come up to be released, sometimes the body can go into what is termed a "healing crisis" as the body, mind & spirit seek to establish homeostasis. Nothing to be feared, the greater you flow and trust yourself and your process, the smoother the transition.
• Allow time after the session to integrate. Often the energies require you to be still and rest for some time. Honour your needs.
• The session is a mix of spoken conversational dialogue and non verbal energetic transmissions - sound codes may also be transmitted.
